The different kinds of bath preparations


Hi hello! From our last beauty magazine we talked about home spas. In our last magazine we explained a bit about that bath preparations are used a lot when taking home spas. Bath preparations are not only for the change of moods but also used when keeping your body clean, improving the blood circulation of your body, relieving your stress and tiredness and etc. In today’s beauty magazine we will talk about the different kids of bath preparations used in home spas.




1. Salt bath preparations
Salt bath preparations help get rid of all the body waste in your body and also contains a sterilizing effect. So it is helpful for people with dead skin cells or dermatitis. All you need to do is pour 5 to 6 spoons into your bath and then you’re ready! It will be even better if you apply a bit onto a towel and then clean your whole body with it.


2. Tea bag bath preparations
Tea bag bath preparations mostly use raw medical herbs and helps get rid of the toxin in your body while giving a sterilizing effect to it at the same time. Just but the tea bag into the water and then go in once the water is full of the substances of the tea bag. Tea bag bath preparations can be made at home by using a gauze pocket and stuffing in a lot of flowers, petals, medical substances etc. You can also reuse the the tea bags as air fresheners.


3. Bubble bath preparations
Bubble bath preparations are the most common and popular bath preparations. It is probably because of the bubble bath scenes that come out on TV. Bubble bath preparations come out as liquid types, shooting types etc. Liquid types are used by pouring a bit into the water and then producing bubbles using your hands. Shooting types are used by simply placing it into the water, the product inside the water then shoots out the substances which produces bubbles. It helps wash your skin and will produce a large amount of bubbles by itself.


4. Aroma oil
Aroma oils are bath preparations mostly used apart from bubble bath preparations. It helps provide moisture to your skin and also helps relieve stress. Put 3 to 4 drops into your bath and spread the fragrance around the water using your hands. It will be even better if your take a deep breath and breath in the scent.
 

We have found out so far about the different kinds of bath preparations. The effects can be doubled when used during home spas but if the bath preparations doesn’t fit your skin, you should stop using them right away. Also, if your skin is sensitive, you should avoid products that contain, artificial coloring, synthetic perfume or surfactants. If you want to improve your skin through bath preparations, it is recommended to use bath preparations for a long time than using several different products. It is always recommended to be used within 15 to 30minutes. Don’t forget to always take in a sufficient amount of water when taking spas and to always avoid spas right after meals.
