There are several different kinds of bath preparations like powder bath preparations, medical bath preparations, petal bath preparations etc, all you need to do is pick the right kind that fits your body. Salt bath preparations gets rid of the body waste in your body so it fits people with a lot of dead skin cells and people with rough skin, for people with dry skin, bath preparations made by natural substances will be the proper product. Bubble bath products will be perfect when you’re in the mood. Fragrant candles are also used with spas since they adjust the water temperature and also because they make a more relaxed atmosphere.
Spas should be taken before meals, if you take a spa after a meal, it may cause indigestion since the blood tends to gather around your stomach. It is recommended that you take spas before meals or after a long time you’ve had your meal. Warm tea or water should be taken since the body will experience loss of moisture after all the body wastes in your body come out. However, drinks that contain caffeine should be avoided. The proper length of spas is 10 to 15 minutes, 20 to 30 minutes at most, it is said not to go over 30 minutes and humactants should be applied after home spas to prevent your skin from going dry.
Full bath
If you have worked overnight or if you have exercised excessively, it is recommended to do a full bath with water over 40 degrees. Full baths can relieve the tiredness of your body by activating the metabolism of your body. Massaging your muscles during the bath will also help relieve the body.
2. Lower-body bathing
Lower-body bathing is simply a bath that uses the principle that keeping your lower part of your body warm and the higher part of your body low in temperature helps the blood circulation of your body. These days Lower-body bathing is more prefered than Full baths. Lower-body bathing is especially effective against colds or when improving your body condition, it is also very effective for people with cold hands, feet or belly. It is recommended to keep a towel around your neck and shoulders to keep the cold air out. Lower body bathing like full baths should not be taken for too long, 20minutes will be just right.
3. Foot baths
Several blood vessels from different parts of our body come to our feet, if our feet doesn’t circulate properly it will cause imbalance throughout the whole body. Foot baths clears your head and stimulates the circulation of your body. It is also useful when you have a headache or if you are undergoing insomnia. When taking a foot bath, the water should come around 3cm higher than your ankles and a 20 to 30minute bath, 3 to 4 times a week is suitable. Massaging your feet during foot baths will give positive effects to your body and humactants should be applied to prevent your skin from going dry.
