After sun tans
Too much exposure to sunlight will result in Sun burns which will be especially severe in Summer. If you use lotions, or creams on skin that have been exposed to sunlight for a long time, it will just make it worse because the heat in the skin doesn’t have the opportunity to come out. You should drop the temparature of your skin then use soothing care products to provide moisture to your skin.
1) You should use vegetables or natural substances to massage your skin and help it calm down.
2) Once the heat in your skin has gone down enough, you should use humactants that contain a lot of moisture to provide moisture to your skin. Creams or balms will cover your skin preventing the heat in your skin from coming out so you should avoid these kinds of products until the skin has cooled down completely.
