Not enough sleep results in more production of sebum in the skin. Skin trouble can occur easily because not enough sleep means your body functions are not working properly which also means, dead skin cells are not being removed properly. At a situation like this you should focus on getting rid of all the sebum and the dead skin cells and help the body functions go back normal.
