Hi, it’s INBELLO once again. In today’s posting, we are going to introduce something that nearly everyone has used at least once, natural packs. Natural packs are a simple way of skin care without using a lot of money since they can provide nutrition to the skin and are easily obtainable as well. However if you only consider the good points and place something on your skin thoughtlessly it will cause countereffects. So it is very important to choose the right natural pack that matches your skin.
How to use natural packs : Packs should be used 2 to 3 times in a week but depending on your skin condition, it doesn't really matter if you apply them daily. To provide enough nutrition, it is recommended to be used within 20 minutes before sleep. Once finished you should rinse slowly using warm water and make sure when making natural packs, you use them right away or within 24 hours after refrigeration.
Prior trouble tests : Just because there aren’t any chemical substances doesn’t mean that it always fits your skin. There could be skin troubles because the natural pack wasn’t suitable. Before using natural packs, apply a bit on your arm and see if there aren’t any problems after about 10 minutes.
Opening the pores by using steamed towels : Before appling natural packs, steam a towel using hot water or a microwave and then place it on your face then massage your face gently for about 5 minutes, until the towel cools down.
Preparing masksheets : In the case of fruit packs, if used directly there is a possibility that it will cause skin troubles. In order to prevent this use a gauze or masksheet and use a brush made particularly for packs to spread it around your face thoroughly.
