The cause of skin aging


There are many reasons for skin aging. The main culprit for skin aging is ultraviolet rays. However, did you know unproper habits can cause skin to age as well? Using expensive cosmetics on top of wrinkles, a more effective way is to prepare beforehand, preventing the skin from aging before it speeds up. Today we have prepared some facts which may help prevent skin aging.


First off, avoid ultraviolet rays. 
These rays infects our skin and accelerates skin aging. Skin aging from ultraviolet rays are not noticed straight away. As time goes by, it will show up on your skin eventually. For this reason, we should make a habit of always using suncream before we go out.

Secondly, be concerned about skin suppression. 
skin troubles bring wounds that are not regenerable. It makes our skin lose it’s elasticity and makes our pores go bigger which may result in unremovable wrinkles.

Thirdly, put cosmetic diets into action. 
Using too much cosmetics will cause the opposite effects. After our skin absorbs a certain amount of cosmetics it will absorb no more and the rest will stay on the surface. Cosmetics should always be used no more and no less than our skin requires.

Fourthly, avoid too much exercise.
 If our body can’t breath properly, the brain will send signals saying that we lack oxygen. That’s why it gets hard to breath after we workout. Before we workout, we should always let our body get used to it by warming up, and we should never go beyond the line when working out.
